In 2000 Natalia Andreevna Karnaukhova graduated from sociological faculty of the Altai State University with a specialty "A sociologist, the professor of public disciplines", the specialization: a sociologist - marketing expert. The topic of the degree work is "Complex approach to studying the image of an organization (on the example of "Biotek", Barnaul).
Since 2000 until 2003 Natalia Andreevna worked in the Department of informatization of education of Tomsk Polytechnic University as a marketing expert. She also taught at qualification improvement courses "Innovative educational technologies" at OIO TPU (courses of lectures: "Image of a professor in the innovative educational technology" and "Sociological aspects of ASU PDS").
Natalia Andreevna developed, organized and held presentations of audiences with feedback in TPU, and also promoted the services and products of the Department of informatization of education of TPU at the specialized exhibitions ("Gold innovations of Russia and the countries of SNG" - Moscow, 2000; "UchSib" - Novosibirsk, 2000 - 2003; "The Siberian Athens" - Tomsk, 2000 - 2003, etc.). During her practice as a marketing expert in OIO TPU she received 7 diplomas of different national and inter-regional educational exhibitions.
Since 2003 she has being working at the Department of Social Communications of the Faculty of Psychology, Tomsk State University.
By now Karnaukhova N. A. has developed programs of the following courses: "Marketing", "Sociology", "Sociology of mass communications", "Marketing researches in PR", "Marketing communications", "Branding". She published an educational and methodical manual "Sociology of mass communication" for students of the specialty of "Public relations". She also wrote the textbook "Presentation in educational process" in the manual "PR - practical work". In a group of authors of this textbook Natalia Andreevna won the prize "Golden sable", the annual international competition of recognizing professional achievements in the field of PR and advertising, organized by the Siberian Branch of RASO (Russian Association of Public Relations).
Her research interests: social communications, sociology, marketing, psychology, public relations, marketing researches and communications.
She teaches courses: "Marketing", "Sociology of mass communication", "Marketing researches in PR", "Branding".
In 2005-2006 Karnaukhova N. A. passed qualification improvement courses in St. Petersburg state technological institute on the program "Actual humanitarian problems of modernity" (72 hours) and in Tomsk State University on the programs "Psychological and didactic competences of the university professor in the environment of the higher education modernization" (72 hours) and "ICT - the competences of the worker of education", "Development of electronic educational resources".
